House rules
Dear guests, you are welcome.
We have no particular rules also because over the years our customers, even those formed by families with small children, have got us used to treating the apartments in a superb way. Of course, minor inconveniences can happen and a broken cup or other randomness won't ruin anyone's holidays. Here are some tips that are now in common use, some of which will also help customers who come after you to spend a happy stay:
- Avoid smoking in the room and in the apartments. The smell of smoke remains for a few days and is not pleasant for many people.
- Avoid bringing animals in the room and in the apartments, the problem of allergies is always of greater impact in these years and many people have problems with animal hair while loving them.
- Avoid organizing events, parties or anything else that could disturb neighboring homes.
- No other guests are allowed outside the number of people notified at the time of booking with the hotel.
EMPLOYMENT OF THE APARTMENT
Check in is flexible: from 10:00 in the morning until evening, preferably not after 22:00. If you need to check in in the morning keep in mind that the room will only be available when it is ready; therefore the Check out is no later than 10:00 am.
Special requests will be accepted depending on the check in / out of the other customers.

BOOKING CONDITIONS
Once availability is established, any reservations will be considered valid only if guaranteed by sending a valid credit card number via e-mail, or by paying a deposit of € 50.00 only through PayPal at info@vittoriarooms5terre.com and finally confirmed by our structure in writing (via e-mail).
CANCELLATION
Cancellations, total or partial, must be communicated via e-mail at least 15 days before the arrival date.
