The apartment is on the first floor of an old building in the Centre of Via Roma, the main street through the village. The views are on one side on the main drag (Via Roma) and the other on to an internal courtyard.
It consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a lounge entry totaling 75 sqm. The apartment has no kitchen, there is a kettle with tea, herbal tea and coffee.
The apartment is rented with bed linen and towels as well as a re-arrangement every two days; the final cleaning is included in the price. There is no breakfast service.
The apartment is easily accessible and being in the center of the country (access and view on the main street) you have the possibility to find the various shops, bars, restaurants and basic necessities such as pharmacy, bakery, food, etc. in a short time.
Ideal for those who do not like to carry luggage or do too many stairs, the apartment is on the first floor and is accessed via an internal staircase formed by a few steps.

CITY TAX
The town of Vernazza has approved the establishment of tax residence.
This tax will come into force from 2015 (from March 1 to October 31) and will consist in the payment of 1,00 € per person per night for the first three (3) days of stay. Are exempt from children under the age of 11, the guides and the drivers of the groups staying in the municipality.
It is a tax purpose and the proceeds will be fully invested by the Town Council in projects on the territory. Funding recoveries of uncultivated land, country roads and reconstuction of stone walls. ( read more... )
